Today in NASCAR news:

  • Greg Biffle joins Baker Curb Racing in the Nationwide series. BCR announced that Biffle will be driving the No. 27 Ford in the Nationwide series for a yet decided amount of races. Red Man Moist Snuff will be the primary sponsor. Biffle and BCR will make their 2010 debut at Daytona in February.
  • Brendan Gaughan Returns to Rusty Wallace Racing. Gaughan will continue to race for RWR this season in the No. 62 Toyota. He finished in the Top 10 in Nationwide series points in 2009.
  • Trip Bruce out, Scott McDougall in at RWR. Bruce recently resigned from RWR racing to pursue other NASCAR opportunites. He was the crew chief for the No. 66 Chevrolet (now Toyota) during the last half of the 2009 season. McDougall, who joined RWR last season, will replace Bruce as crew chief of the No. 66 Toyota driven by Steven Wallace. RWR formed an alliance with Joe Gibbs Racing during the off-season. They will now be racing Toyotas.
