Welcome to the new and improved Pit Report Online!
The site was originally started by Penni when she worked for her local newspaper and wrote a NASCAR column.
We have now turned the site into something more than just a weekly column. The Pit Report Online will be the home of several writers with real journalism experience, posting NASCAR news, reviews, columns and interviews.
This site has been in the making for several months with work being done on my days off. Penni and I have been planning for the site to launch and we are now ready.
Original articles will soon begin on the site and you too can jump in on the action. Both Penni and I have professional experience in journalism. You can read more about our backgrounds on the Writers page
If you are interested in joining the site, please visit the Join The Staff page. You don’t need journalism experience, but must be ableto write a sentence in standard English.
While the site is geared toward female fans and female writers (as you can see with the pink), but all NASCAR fans are invited to read and write for us.
We are working on a mobile version so that you can be updated on your mobile phones and we are also on Facebook and Twitter.
